The service line inventory process is continuous and is based on a transparent approach. As the inventory progresses with the identification of service lines, PRASA is committed to proactively informing residents about progress and actions to take. This includes publishing regular updates on inventory progress and notifying homeowners if lead service lines are detected on their properties.
Future inventory updates will not only be based on the initial identification of the lines, but also on technological improvements and new guidelines that may emerge from the EPA. We will continue to adapt processes as regulations evolve, ensuring that the project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
