The Integrated Procurement System (IPS) is a tool established by the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority that allows obtaining better results by automating processes. Through this tool the suppliers of goods and/or services have access to the new tender process, create offers, view purchase orders, and send invoices through the IPS system. Suppliers will receive all tenders issued by PRASA according to the categories or concepts registered for their company, which provides transparency to the procurement process.

PRASA encourages all suppliers to please register your invoices in the Integrated Procurement System (IPS). Remember to register your invoices electronically to expedite your payments.
