Vulnerability Study

In compliance with Executive Order (OE-2013-16) signed on February 28, 2013 by Governor Alejandro García Padilla, which orders that all infrastructure agencies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico have the obligation to prepare and submit a Vulnerability Study and a Adaptation Plan to evaluate and confront the findings of potential impacts of climate change on infrastructure.

As a result of this analysis, we present to you the Vulnerability Analysis and Adaptation Plan prepared by the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority with the objective of receiving your comments. Comments must be received on or before June 21, 2016.
