You can also call to check your account balance, request new service, follow up on a complaint, and request a service reconnection. All this in direct and personal communication with one of our representatives in our modern Customer Service Call Center.
Similarly, for your convenience, you can issue payments by simply making a call to the Call Center and choosing one of these two available options:
Through the automated system by selecting option number one (1) available 24 hours a day.
Through a customer service representative by selecting option number five (5) available from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven days a week.
Payments can be made by checking account, savings account or credit card*. Any payment made using the first or second option above, or by personal assistance from one of our customer service representatives or through our online payment site is instantly confirmed. If necessary, you can request a service reconnection on that same call.
