“The AEE and the AAA will disclose on their website the applicable costs to subsidies, grants, credits, and special rates including, but not limited to, the total number of customers benefiting from each subsidy and the cost of meeting each subsidy. The AEE and the AAA will update the information published on the Internet at least every six (6) months.”
